We begin with understanding your body and how it responds to stress.

  • Develop awareness of your nervous system

  • Learn foundational pole movements

Week 2: Release
Letting Go of What You’ve Been Holding

Now we begin to open, using breath and movement to release what’s been stored in your body.

  • Begin releasing stored tension and emotion

Week 3: Expression
Allowing Yourself to Be Seen

Now we deepen into you—exploring how your boundaries, voice, and expression show up in your movement.

  • Move with intention, expression, and fluidity

This is where you stop shrinking and start taking up space.

Week 4: Embodiment
Becoming What You’ve Been Building

This is where everything comes together—your awareness, release, and expression fully embodied.
